On April 19th, 2026, I had a pipe bust in the hall bathroom. On Tuesday, April 21st, Plumbco Plumbing came out. The techs that came out were Anthony and Noah. They were able to isolate the leak to a busted pipe in the slab and were able to cut it off to restore service to most of my residence. After discussing it with them and my wife, we decided to re-pipe the house due to two previous leaks we had had in the past. On May 12th, the owner, Chris Courson, came out and techs Anthony, Noah, and Tyler started the re-pipe job, and on May 13th they were able to finish the job. On May 14th, Anthony was back out. I had one issue that turned out to be an old defective balance cartridge in a Delta faucet assembly, so another appointment was made for the next day. On May 15th, Tech Josh Stevens came out and replaced the balance cartridge. Afterwards, the shower head dripped due to wear and age of the rough-in valve. I made an appointment for May 19th to replace it. On May 19th, Tech Josh Stevens was back out to finish the job. He replaced the shower valve body and also changed out the cartridge again due to it being damaged by the condition of the rough-in valve. I would also like to thank Frankie, the Office Manager, for being very helpful and courteous throughout my contact with the office. So, thanks again to Anthony, Noah, Tyler, and Josh for doing an excellent job, being very professional and courteous, and keeping me informed throughout the re-pipe job. I truly appreciate it. Josh Stevens was super helpful in finding and repairing my clogged pipe! Actually, this was the second time this week that he’s come out to the house, the first time being for a tankless water heater issue. This time was for a clogged pipe. He climbed up on the roof, went under the house, and found and repaired the clog in less than 2 hours. For both repairs, Josh explained the cost, everything about the repair, and the cause of it to me and my significant other, who was at the house during the clogged pipe repair. Both of us were very impressed with Josh. He’s knowledgeable, it’s obvious that he’s been doing this for a long time, and he does his job very well. I prefer to use him and PlumbCo for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you!
